I did not do 1RM & just figure it out my weight since I've been working out for 4 years... but now I want to do my 1 RM. The problem is I'm now @ Meso 3 of my 5.5 mos rotation... should I take another week off & do 1RM or just continue what I'm doing & do 1RM on my next rotation? Any suggestions?
