I did week one last week and I was so ouchy after esp the legs omg!! I will have to start again due to nasty cold. grrrrrrrr....
MelanieC- I did notice my strength improved,and cardio also. For body changes my eating has been really bad so I made a deal with a friend on FB to keep us accountable about our eating. I didn't follow the STS cardio rotation. I did mix it up with her other workouts tried to do 2- 1 hr cardio and 1- 30-45 min workouts,all Cathe .
As for body transformation I really need to dial in on my eating to be able to see improvements,but everyone else says I look more muscular(toned)
I also really enjoyed STS, it was one of the easiest rotations to follow.
