Merry Christmas! Which Cathe workout did you do today?

Merry Christmas everyone! Just wondering, which Cathe workout did you do today or are going to do today? I did the To The Max Extreme premix because I know Christmas tonight at my sister-in-law's house will most likely include a few sweets and a glass of wine (or two!). Tomorrow morning is Lower Body Blast.
 
Merry Merry! Before heading off to work, I did Hiit 30/30, Cardio Leg Blast Extreme PM 15; and some of the isolation work segments from LL&A. I'll spend some quality time w/my foam roller later today. :D

Tomorrow is kickboxing---maybe Hard Strikes cardio segment, some of Rockout Knockout, and maybe some drills from other DVDs. We'll see how I feel. If I'm still on a cookie/candy high, I might have a mega-session.

I did STS disc 20 legs, It was awesome and I enjoyed each second of it cause it was triset:eek: one word INTENSE:D:D;);)

I did Afterburn last night, so my workout today will be later in the day. Great way to end a day of family and food.

ETA: Just finished SuperSets!

Merry Christmas everyone!!! In anticipation of all the extra calories last night I did Cardio Leg Blast then ran on TM for 2 miles. Later today going to fit in all three of Cathe's heavy bag workouts. :D

Now that I've finished my coffee I'm about to hit Afterburn after some barbell hip thrusts; after all that burning I'll be doing lots of stretching.

Christmas eve I did Upper Body segment from Body Max (thanks Mini-Natty for the tip a while back). It was a goodie. Today I did Gym Style Legs Premix 2 - standing only then added Suzanne Bowen's new video on vimeo with passwork Merry Christmas. That was really good too. A nice mish mosh.

We just got back from church and I am getting ready to do Muscle Max and Core Max (workout 1). I may add Medicine ball abs from Ab Circuits to that.
Depending on how things go, I might also do an hour of spinning later today.

Merry Christmas everyone! My Christmas workout was STS Disk 20 Legs + 100 Rep Hip Thrusts + Extended Stretch.

Plus I got a 40# weighted vest for Christmas! I'm even more excited for Meso 3 now! I got a squat rack for Christmas last year and the weight vest this year--I am definitely ready!

Day After Christmas = Kickboxing, probably Hard Strikes
 
Total Body Trisets Upper Body was on the menu, but....

I was up before everyone else so went for a 4 mile run, it was not cold (low 20s), we had a little snow falling, and it was dark and peaceful. Santa brought a heavy bag (Yay!!!) so then later I did the short premix of the UB work, and then the heavy bag section of MMA boxing, Hardstrikes, and Knockout Rockout.
