Mere Mortal Mish Moshes

OK, my nest purchase just HAS to be CTX series. Looks like I'm missing some very good mish-moshes with out it!
 
Hi Laurie again. I had to tell you this because I just did it this morning and thought it was a great workout. I did the premix of KPC cardio conditioning which is about 35 minutes then follow by Cario Kicks drill only with cool down which is about 15 minutes.
 
Thanks Barbara, another good one for my file and I do love kickboxing. A great cardio workout in less than an hour fits the bill on many days. I haven't had my kickboxing 'game face on'}( since I tore some back muscles and ligaments over a month ago:-( and I'm looking forward to putting some into my rotation soon. Thanks alot for posting it:)

I just wanted you to know that I tried one of your cardio mish moshes. Yesterday I did Power Max WU & Section 2/Step Fit Section 1/Step Works Section 2 and it was a real sweat factory. The intensity kind of snuck up on me. This combo is a keeper! Great workout.

Just for variety upper and lower body mish-mosh:

Warm up of choice
L&G ankle weight work: 2 times through
SS upper body premix
all oblique ab work:
* SS ab crunches on ball & ab v sits on floor on soft side of glute (from IS) (16 reps per side each exercise)
repeat above 2 exercises
*wood chucks on SB w/ 8# ~32 full reps also from IS.

Here are some of mine.
W/up cardio from cardio premix bootcamp
Cardio only from high step training
Premix step blast minus warm up from I max 2

Ctx power circuits followed by body max lower circuits

Super Set lower blasts followed by floor work and calves from Push and pull

Cardio and Weights premix cardio and compound weights followed by SS upper blast.

There are so many ways to do this. I could go on and on. Love DVD's for this. I used to keep videos keyed up but did not do as many mish moshes as now.

Diane Sue the combination of CTX and BodyMax Power Circuits is one of my all time faves. I always feel amazing after mixing these workouts together, I'm thinking that would fit quite nicely this Sunday.

That's funny. After I posted it I was thinking that I would start my new week Sunday doing this, but I am going to add in the cardio and lower premix of HSTA. I just finished a month of extra heavy lifting and thought I would do some circuits and endurance this next week.

Diane Sue--I also have mixed Power Circuit with the Body Max leg circuit, but recently I have done Power Circuit followed by the HSTA leg/cardio premix. I am wiped out by this one.

I did the Warmup and cardio legs premix of HSTA, then power circuit legs and cardio, then finished off with Body Max legs and cardio circuits this morning. I was pouring sweat. It was really gratifying when I finished.

Diane Sue - I started the same mish mosh this morning, got through BodyMax cardio and circuits and PowerCircuit cardio and circuits and then plain old ran out of time before HSTA cardio and lower body. I finished with some yoga to stretch out my hips and legs which felt like a little piece of heaven after such an intense lower body workout. I had a great workout but am looking forward to spicing it up with HSTA real soon. So many workouts, so little time:) :) Thanks for your input.

While doing IMAX this morning I had an idea, but have yet to actually try it:

IMAX warm up step routine (right until she says "deep breath" and something like, "get ready for intervals". It's about 15 minutes).

MIC step section and cool down/stretch.

This would give you a great, intense step workout, about 45 minutes long. Good for those days when you want to work hard, but don't have lots of time.
