Today was the 63 1/2 minute Ultra Cardio Blast from Drill Max, followed by the Core section from Boot Camp. Dedicated my workout to a forum member who's going through a tough time. It's pretty amazing what you can do when it isn't about yourself, sometimes!

Tomorrow...REST!!

Deep-fried my quads 2day with S&H Legs followed by PH Legs... ouch!!!!
Yet... I can still walk!!!!

2morrow is a rest day, thank God!!!

SH Legs/Shoulders today. Upped my squats. We're in the middle of a thunder storm, it's cool, but tornados were spotted about 40 miles away. It's dying down now.
