Hey

iMax 2 this morning. Kinda tough because I didn't get much sleep last night. Still, it's better than doing nothing, right? About a month ago I couldn't remember where the pina colada song was. Found it!

Did you guys watch the STS preview? Fantastic. I hope it comes out this summer. It seems like there is still so much left for them to do.

Off day for me tomorrow. We're taking the kids to underwater world at the Mall of America. Our 3 year old loves sharks. It should be a great time.

Since the Pull-Up Tower is due in autumn, I'd say STS will come out around September-October...

In any case, the preview is cool and exciting!!!

As for the rotation... S&H Back-PH Back in the morning and (guess what!!!... yeap! "Buttercup") Cardio & Weights Step Only Premix in the afternoon!!!

I'm still a little sore (in a nice way, though) from yesterday's Power Yoga.
