~**~*MELTING on Thursday*~**~

allwildgirl

Cathlete
It IS Thursday, right? I spent the whole of yesterday thinking it was Thursday and kept being disappointed realizing it was only Wednesday.

Thank you all for your kind words on my Picturetrail pics. I really don't look like that anymore. Most of the those pictures are a few years old. Now I am covered in a layer of flab so I never let anyone take my picture;)

Tneah, I agree with everything you said. I only wish I could take it to heart and believe it for myself.

Kara - you really ARE beautiful! Wow! So, Colin's driving now? That's a bit scary.

Leanne - I think making Cathe something beaded is a fabulous idea. How did the anniversary go? I would have ignored the call from the ILs too!

Lainie - how are you doing today? Looking forward to your weekend away?

Robin - your Target has red balls? Oh, how exciting!!! Very few of them seem to! Wow, it's been pretty wild in the lab this week! I hope you don't have to take mega-antibiotics. Enjoy the pre-RT today and tomorrow.

Kristi - have fun this weekend! I know you will! Take care of Emily for me:)

Allie - why is it that you don't want to go overseas? Other than Jim, of course? If it's not for a year or more, won't you be done school by then?

Breckie - I think you're wise to wait until Mr. Trainerman can give you his full attention! I hope you're feeling better today.

Deb - how's the Spitfire? Still keeping you on your toes? Is he settling down any? Sophie and I will be in your neck of the woods (sorta) next week!

Hi to anyone I missed.

Hey Everyone

Thursday, one day closer to Friday. Tayler is better, but is going to go to my mom's today instead of the Y. She is still coughing quite a bit, but feels a lot better.

Hey Shelley girl - Hope you have a good day.

Turned the alarm off again. :(

BBL

I’m still pretty tired today, but I think not as bad as yesterday. I wanted to go to the sporting goods store and look at new HRMs (was thinking Polar F6 or F11) but I think that will take too much time, considering I need to prepare for our little weekend trip as well. Since we’re taking the boys I’ll be packing for them as well, of course. Isaac thinks he can pack for himself and loaded up his Thomas the Tank Engine suitcase—I asked him if he’d packed clothes—“no”; I asked if he’d packed his toothbrush—“no”. Basically he’d just packed toys and a couple books. He said I could put the clothes in my suitcase. Gee, thanks, kid.

I plan to do S&H Triceps & Biceps today. Other plans include packing and some house cleaning (I have to scrub toilets way more often than I’d like with these boys). Can anyone explain how pee gets on the base of the toilet--you know the part by the floor far under the bowl? So not too much to do, except that I’m still sort of sleepy.

For some reason my teeth have been hurting since yesterday. I don’t know if it’s because Ewan popped me in the mouth with his head (accidental but common) or just because the teeth are moving a lot with the braces. It has me eating slightly softer than planned. Speaking of eating, I’m back to being unable to even log in to the nutrition software. :( I hope they fix those bugs soon, considering I paid for it.

Shelley, I checked out your PictureTrail pics—you do look fab in them and I doubt you have changed as much as you seem to think you have! It mainly made me feel sad that I haven’t gotten to meet you yet. What is this about red balls at Target?

Peggie, glad Tayler is feeling a bit better—hope she’s 100% by this weekend!

Hello to all who follow—hope to bb soon.

Peggie! I'm sorry I forgot you! I meant to comment on your horrifying new driver story yesterday! You must have just been beside yourself. Glad Taylor is feeling better.

Lainie - I'm at a loss to explain the pee around the base of the toilet and would really rather not think too hard about it:confused: Isaac's packing sounds an awful lot like Sophie used to pack. Now she packs 86 different outfits and no underwear.... wait... that sounds a bit like how I pack. The red balls at Target? Well, if you check out the Picturetrail again, I think you'll see a picture of me doing a pike on one, a tradition which started at the 2005 Cathe Road Trip. Someone commented that they looked an awful lot like stability balls, so I figured I would do a pike on one. Yes, I'm that silly.

I think I forgot Shannon too. Shannon, I'm glad the avatar pic worked out. How was CC last night? Did you do 6 or 8?

Mornin'!!

I'm at Tracey's getting ready to head to Jersey!! I'm so excited! I don't have time for personals but wanted to jump in and say hello to my lovely Meltie friends. Oh, and I banged out 6 miles this morning in 52:31. Not too shabby, eh? :D

Love you all. I'll checkin later from Jersey!!

Mornin' everyone!

First... TNEAH! Bless you for your scolding. You said exactly what needs to be said, and your absolutely right. I thought we were past that point, but we have a tendency to backslide, don't we? ;)

Shelley - you are not covered in a layer of flab. Go back and read Tneah's scolding again, please. :p You certainly can't have changed much since I saw you last year, and you looked great then! In fact, I suspect you've lost some weight, what with your increased cardio and the changes you've made in your routine.

Peggie - I'm glad Tayler's on the mend!

Lanie - my guess about the teeth is that the braces are causing it. Dental stuff makes life miserable, and that's all there is to it.

Allie - have a good trip!

Well, believe it or not, I actually did CC 6 yesterday instead of 8. Yes, really. It was a rather busy night, and I was all wired up, and I thought it would be easier for me to focus on the shorter challenges. Actually I was quite impressed that I managed to get a workout in at all. My poor dog felt neglected though. :( I'll have to buy her a special treat when I go grocery shopping today. She's my baby. :D So grocery shopping means no workout for me today.

I'm in the middle of a rush job. It's been challenging and fun - it hit yesterday afternoon. I'd better get busy on it. I'll try to be back later!

Good morning all! Glad to see such a nice long post from our Shelleygirl.

Shelley - I remember the pike on the ball pic from several years ago. I remembered thinking that was cute - and I still do! Fun tradition. Did you take a rest day?? 14 days is a long time to go without one. I thought yesterday was Thursday, too. So now I'm all thrown off.

Lainie - here's my 2 cents. I betcha the little potties aren't exactly aimed correctly and get some drippage on or under the rim, which then eventually (gravity, you remember that beeyotch - seems to be everywhere, doesn't she? wreaking her havoc... but I digress)... where was I? Oh yes, potty musings.

Anyhoo, I betcha gravity then pulls the pee down to the base of the toilet. Or... there's some uh... "drippage" as the clothes are again donned.

Just a hypothesis.

I hope you have a stellar time on your mini-vacay! My teeth have hurt a lot off and on (mostly on) since I got the braces on. My little front tooth that was the culprit (so I thought) to begin with is already perfectly in line. But my bottom teeth are hurting quite a bit lately, too. From what I've heard, the first few months are the worst, because that's when the teeth move the most. After awhile though, it's more bite alignment, and that's no big deal hurty-wise.

Shannon - I do not have CC6 either. I'd better get on the stick with my collection, no?

Tneah - ITA with your scolding. The trouble is, I really believe it - for everyone else it seems. Somehow, those voices are hard to turn off in my own head. I'm sure being constantly berated growing up has a lot to do with that - but seems I should be able to get over that, no?

Peggie - hey ms kitten! Hope you have a great day at the FBI today. Glad to hear DD is getting better!! I turned off the alarm again too, but got up again for CouchMax. I'm just letting myself be a sloth right now, since Mr. Trainerman is fast approaching. I feel like a blob of blubbery blub. :(

Allie - have major fun!!!!!! Safe travels to you!

Hi to all the lovely melting women to follow! I adore you all and will try to BBL. On the van today, but not a big schedule. We had a huge day yesterday... in the 102 heat. UGH. I was soaking wet by the end of the day when I peeled off my lead apron and collar. AND, I looked REALLY purty.

Well, the excitment continues. Now we have to have periodic blood work to watch for antibodies to the bacteria, which would indicate an infection. I'm also upset because one of the antibiotics can cause liver damage, so alcohol is a no-no. That means I'll be on vacation without any wine with dinner. The other antibiotic can cause photosensitivity and sunscreen doesn't stop it, so I have to stay out of the sun. That will make a week at the beach lots of fun.:(

Allie, I can't wait to see you and Stacey this evening.

BG, your hot day in the van sounds awful. I hope today is better.

Shannon, have lots of fun with your challenging job.

Lainie, have fun on your trip. LOL at Issac's packing. We share driving responsibilities with another family when we go pick Tristan up for weekend visits. Their son packs all his videos, DVDs and computer games to come home for a weekend. His dufflebags weigh a ton!

Peggie, glad to hear Tayler is starting to improve.

Shelley, hugs and more hugs. I feel guilty going to the pre-RT without you. Maybe we'll both go to the RT next year. Along with all the rest of the melters.

I have to run. My boss just gave my another job to do associated with Mr. Nastybug.

Morning All

Shelley, so nice to see your bright and smiling face first thing this morning!:D LOL at you and Sophie's packing skills, I am the exact same way, but I do remember underwear, I just forget the accessories like belts, which I usually always have to have as most of my jeans and pants get 'gap-osis" in the back. And not for one stinkin' minute do I believe you are covered in flab...c'mon, girl, look again. There, see? Long, lean and lovely!

Shannon, you make grocery shopping sound like so much fun for some reason, like its an event, I love it! And I love your doggy is going to get a special treat from 'mommy" today too. I know, I am one of those without children who refers to myself as "Georgies mommy"...annoying isn't it?

Pegster, wake up darlin!

Robin, oh no! A vacation without sun and vino? Gasps. Oh dear, that just leaves lots of sex right? :p

BG, LOL at your pee description, you have a way with words that is sooo funny, and you are not a fat blob, please!

Allison, another resident gazelle eh? You run like the wind too! Shelley is our other gazelle around here...you guys both amaze me. Have fun today, I am jealous you get to meet Robin!

Lainie, LOL at your post about Issac's packing skills.:rolleyes:Whatta cutie pie, kids are just so dang funny. I know you guys will have a wonderful time this weekend, its always nice to get away from the same old same old. Put the kids to bed early and spend some "quality" time with DH.;)

Well I think I used up my smiley quota for this post...

I was a very bad girl last night, I drank with the boys. We started talking about our dear friend Michael who this time last year passed away...we were telling our favorite stories about him, laughing, just generally having a great time, I was not paying attention to how much I was drinking. Uh, yeah, a little too much vino for this gal. I am so embarassed! Not to mention the extra calories from that stuff that seem to find their way around my waistline if I do not watch it. Anyway, so I woke up with a headache. Ugh, whatta an idiot I was. But we had alot of fun, stayed up late too. Oh dear, back in my 20's I could tolerate more drinking than I can now, now anything over two glasses now, and I am feeling rotten.

Anyway! heehee. Little Miss Lush will still do her workout today, I just might postpone it until the headache subsides. BBL...

Hey ladies,

Yes, we really do need to listen to what Tneah said yesterday! That really was so touching! Why do we beat ourselves up so much?!

Sorry that I didn't make it back here yesterday, but DH and I had a super nice time for our anniversary. I ended up getting a vodka sauce/cheesy pasta dish for dinner and I ate tons of foccacia bread, but it was so worth it! We also stopped for ice cream on our way home, and I ended up eating half a carton of Ben & Jerry's frozen yogurt. I have quite a bit of leftover food, but I'll add some veggies to it as a side dish tonight to not feel as guilty, and I'll give the rest of the yogurt to Mike. I'm trying not to stress about how much I ate -- after all, it's not every day that it's your 14th anniversary, right?!;)

So this morning I was talking to BIL before he left for work, and he's supposed to be hearing from a real estate agent today about possibly buying a condo. He's looked at a few places on-line, and it sounds like he wants to go check them out this weekend. Keep your fingers crossed for me, OK, lovely friends? Today is four weeks that he's been here. I've been trying not to harp on it so much b/c I know how annoying I must be, but it's still wearing on me quite a bit.

Peggster --- YES! Let's plan to meet up and share a cab to the Friday morning step class! And then maybe we can get some lunch afterwards and all hang out! What time do you get in on Thursday? I get in to the airport around 5:15, and Kara and I were talking about getting dinner then. Will you be in then to come, too? It was fun reading your review from yesterday of Tony. Mike and I have done the regular P90, and Tony sure is a hoot. What a great idea to just focus on your KB workout until the RT -- and I'm sure you won't get knocked out! ;) So is Tayler feeling better today? How scary about Corie crashing that first car of hers on its maiden drive! Thank goodness she was alright!!

Robin -- Woo hoo for Target being open! Of course, that is also very, very dangerous! ;) So what are the red balls there? Oh, I just saw that Shelley explained it! So how are things with the Super Bug at work? Did they start you on an antibiotic yet? ETA: We were posting at the same time, so I just saw your post about the update at work. No wine and photosensitivity??? UGH! I'm so sorry about this mess!!!

Deb -- Are you getting more used to the forums? How is the little K doing? I mentioned it yesterday, but, in case you don't get a chance to see it, Biosilk is a great product to use on your hair when the frizzies hit!

Lainie -- Oh, you poor thing with your teeth hurting! Hopefully your mouth will feel better by the time you leave for your weekend getaway. What time are you coming on for the RT? If you get in on Thursday, shall we all meet up for dinner? Hmm . . . that pee thing is a mystery! I think Breckie's explanation may be right!

Shelley -- Thanks for the kind words about not feeling bad about ignoring MIL yesterday. Seriously, babe, you are beautiful and sexay, and even a slight layer of flab will not change that! We need to take Tneah's beautiful words from yesterday to heart! Those pix of Sophie are also so adorable! She is such a little cutie pie! OK, now I have to go back and find the photos of you on the red Target balls! It sounds hysterical!!

Shannon -- Sounds like CC 6 was just what you needed yesterday, and I'm sure you'll make it up to your poochie today with a nice little treat! It sounds like the work project is interesting! It's always nice to be challenged at work.

Allie -- Thanks for checking in, babe! Hope you have a blast this weekend!

Kara -- Oh, sweetie, you really ARE gorgeous!! Seriously!! You have such a beautiful smile, too. I was going to say "hooray" for Colin passing his test yesterday, but that does sound a bit scary. My dad took me to my high school parking lot to practice. Would that work for you? And yes, let's plan to get dinner on Thursday night of the RT!

Tneah -- OK, I am still super pissed that you have to clean the boat on Sunday when you're paying that woman to do it. Are you sure that I can't steal you away for lunch and a movie?? LOL about men liking bare skin best. You are so right that we are all so hard on ourselves! We need to love ourselves and how we look more!! OMG -- I just read about the video to go along with your book!! That is soooo exciting!! Wow! You should be the one to star in the video, though! I am so serious! You are so gorgeous and in such fabulous shape, and you know your stuff! ETA: Hey, lady! We were posting at the same time! Sounds like you had a nice time last night remembering Michael (he sounds like such a special person!!), but I'm sorry that you ended up drinking a bit more than you planned. Social situations can be like that, huh? But you shouldn't be embarrassed at all -- nor do you have to worry about the wine making its way to your waist. You are so fit and trim -- and that "pudge" you tried to show me is nonexistent!!

Breckie -- Sorry that yesterday was such a bear at work! That heat sounds dreadful, and I'm glad that today won't be as miserable! I still do think that you need to think about taking your workouts down a notch for the next couple of weeks until you start the program. It sounds like you need a bit of a break before you start pushing yourself hard again. Sorry -- don't mean to scold!

Emily -- Hey there, lady, in case you stop by!:p

Sending positive travel vibes to our traveling gals today! Today I'll be doing my AOS Newport KB workout . . . I'm already nervous since it kicks my rear!

Good morning dear friends! Well, I promised to take the kids to the pool this morning before the air quality is dangerous. Gotta love smog... I had a fab run this morning which surprised me because I must have turned off the alarm in my sleep and DH jumped out of bed at 7:15 which then woke me up! Oh joy! He loves me today (insert sarcastic smiley). Anyhoo, I got in S&H Legs as well. I love the S&H series!!!

Robin--Have fun in New Jersey! Sorry about the alcohol and sun situation. Like Tneah said, though, that means more time for sex!

Leanne--Glad you had a great time last night! Your dinner sounds spectacular! Horray for the real estate agent. I hope it works out for him! I am so sorry for the stress this is causing you.

Allison--Have fun! Great run!!

Peggie--I can 't wait to meet you! Sharing a cab sounds great. I am glad that Tayler is better and can spend the day with your mom.

Tneah--You are very wise. it sounds like you had a fun evening. Don't feel bad about the wine. The laughter and stress release from that time will offset those calories!

BreckGirl--Sorry about the heat yesterday. Oy. Are you feeling better about your workouts? I hope so!

Shannon--Another wise woman! I love your avatar! It is wonderful that work is challenging and fun right now. Enjoy it!

Lainie--Sorry about the tooth. A weekend away sounds like it is just what you need! Boys and pee...such fun!

Shelley--It is nice to see you this morning! Thank you for the kind words. You are sweet! Hey, is Sophie into the Jonas Brothers and Camp Rock? Emma has the soundtrack and if I hear it one more time, I will have to icepick my ears. Every.Single.Conversation is about some Disney Channel celeb and how awesome they are. Her cousins live for these people and have filled Emma's head with nonsense! What to do, what to do???? Help, please.

The kids are waiting at the door, so I guess that is my cue to leave! i will check back later!

Have a great day!

Leanne, yeah for 14th anniversaries, penne pasta, frozen yogurt and love!:D So happy you and Mike enjoyed your time together yesterday. *crosses fingers, toes and eyes* that BIL gets his own darn place already! I am sick of him and he isn't even living with me!
OK, DH is going to SLC Saturday (I think) and will be there until Monday, Georgie and I are up staying at the hotel...soooo, this is what I am going to do to get out of the cleaning thing. Part of the cleaning entails organizing and tossing extra stuff we do not use. I will be doing that part today and tomorrow. Then I will do a surface cleaning, and be done with it. When she walks onto the boat Sunday, she will not have to do anything but "deep clean" meaning, the walls, the fronts of the cupboards, inside the windows, and touch up the floors. I will have already done most of the work already, sound good? Well its better than cleaning with her, so uncomfortable. So, there.
I would love to do something on Sunday, but I have to stay with Georgie at the hotel, I cannot leave him in the room by himself, I know he will bark and freak out...I know, I know, a worried momma here, but they allow little dogs, not big ones, and they make an exception for Georgie because we have a boat slip in their marina, so I have to make sure he behaves himself as not to upset other hotel patrons, you know what I mean jellybean?
But its looking good for next week chica, lets do lunch again and the SD Fit deal kay? And I love you for offering to whisk me away! You are the sweetest gal. You know who you remind me of? My best friend from high school, her name is Julie. We still keep in touch, she is like this perfect angel with never a bad thing to say about anyone (like you), thoughtful, kind and always full of compliments, she is the type of person that brightens your day--just like you my dear!
Actually all of you brighten my day!:D:D You all are wonderful women.

Ok, I am going to go make myself walk on the treadmill for a few, today is going to be a light workout day...OH! About those kettlebells...

I am in love with them. This is the first workout that I have done in a long, long time that I totally enjoy and get caught up in. It suits my workout personality I think. I just adore these workouts! But cannot imagine at this point using anything heavier than a 15 pound kettlebell, that is how hard these workouts are. Just have to thank Leanne and Peggy for their raves about them!

Hey all!

Tneah -- Your comments are totally making me blush! I think that you and all of our Melty gals just brighten our days! I still feel so thankful each and every day that I know such an amazing, intelligent, and kind group of women! Oh, I think that your plan for cleaning sounds great, but it still makes me so mad that you have to do any of that cleaning! The organizing stuff makes sense, though, since she can't toss out things that you need to go through. I still wish that I could whisk you away, though, but I completely understand about how you need to keep an eye on Georgie. That is so cool that you're loving the KB workouts so much! Aren't they fun? It really is neat just to have something different to do. Have you done the Goddess workout again? We owe it all to Kara, our original KB Enabler!:p And yes, let's plan to get together next week for sure! Earlier in the week might be a bit better for me since I know I have a hair appt. on Thursday and I'll also have to get things together that day to head up to L. A. on Friday morning for those bead classes. I can't wait to hang out again!! Oh, and tell us more about the video for your book! That is SUCH exciting news!!! ETA: Forgot to mention that I told Mike about your "wig nights", and he sounded . . . intrigued! ;-) May have to try that out!

Kara -- See, you're our official KB Enabler! I'm going to start Newport in another 45 minutes or so, and I'll be thinking of you! ;) That workout is such a killer! Oh, the pool sounds like fun today! Yikes about forgetting to set the alarm. I've done that before, and it sure makes for a crazy morning. Emma's newest obsession sounds awful! You poor thing! Relax and stay cool today! Hopefully the fog won't be awful!

OK, just had a little snack, so I'm off to do some more beading and then I'll start my workout in about 45 minutes. It's so muggy again today!

Tneah – YES – pant gape… I have that. I HATE that. LMAO about if no wine/sun then lots of sex. I’m sure DH wouldn’t complain about that! You are one funny chick. Good for you for enjoying your vino and your wonderful memories of your friend. I’m sure he was there with you, appreciating your homage to him. Sorry about the headache, but kinda worth it – no? If I think I’ve had more vino than I should, I guzzle water before bed. Helps TREMENDOUSLY. Um, not that I do that often. ;) What a crap-fest about the cleaning… hate that you have to finagle a solution. UGH. LOL – yes, Georgie isn’t exactly a “small” dog, now is he? CRACKIN UP

Robin – sorry about your antibiotics limitations. Occupational hazard, no? Kinda scary about the liver thing. Ms. Tneah mentioned some liver “tonic” somethingorother awhile back that helps livers (not livers in general, but the one in the body that takes it of course)… Tneah, what was that? I would love to go to a RT theoretically, but I’m so much of an introvert and really get anxious/self-conscious in large crowds that I doubt I’d ever go… So pitiful, isn’t it? (worlds tiniest violin playing in the background)

Leanne – OH SO GLAD you had a wonderful time last night celebrating with DH. Those are special times, and I’m glad you just enjoyed. Your meal sounds so delicious! And darlin, I will do MORE than cross my fingers for you. OH, and I forgot to mention (since I wasn’t exactly as around as usual yesterday), that you were 100% right on about ignoring the phone call. And let’s not say “ignoring”, shall we? Let’s say “choosing to focus on more important issues at the moment.” :D

Kara – LMAO about the ice pick to the ears comment. I feel that way with this wretched song on iTrain that keeps infiltrating my workouts… UGH. Yes, you are so gorgeous and look so approachable and fun! No, not really feeling any different about my workouts. I typically enjoy working out… I mean, of course I have my favorites and not-so-favorites, but typically once I get started I’m okay. These days I just slug along if I even get my arse in there. Gonna just take the self-imposed pressure off. There’ll be TIME for pressure once Mr. Trainerman starts breathing down my neck. YOU, on the other hand – GREAT workout! SH Legs usually makes me shaky! And I love it for that!

OK… KB may be in order…

Shoutin out to all my other Melty peeps! BBL to check back in and assault your retinas with more lengthy prose. Betcha can’t wait!

OK gals, I'm packed and on my way. DH decided not to go with me, so I'm a little nervous about driving myself, but I've driven down that way myself a couple times, so I guess it's all good. I'll be back tomorrow evening and will try to post some pictures. Bye.

Oh my good lord, I NEED kettlebells. Seriously... you people and your enabling! Thankfully, I cannot afford kettlebells or anything else right now, so I guess I'm safe. I'm not sure that's a good thing. I want some workouts to love!

Tneah - how cute that you got your drink on last night! It sounds like you had a lovely reminiscing session! Did you get that walk in on the TM? Is Grace more annoying when you're slightly hungover? I love your boat cleaning plan, but seriously, you should not be doing ANY OF IT!!! Hey, here's an idea! Maybe Leanne's BIL can come down and help out and you can push him overboard. Ooops, sorry. PMS talking.

Leanne - oooooooooooooooh, how exciting that BIL might be getting a condo! Or somewhere! I'm with Tneah on not being able to stand the guy and I haven't even met him! Your dinner and evening sounds lovely:)

Breckie - how's the lead outfit today? I bet it's super-stylin'. I'm just the same as you with Tneah's advice and words of wisdom. They make so much sense... for everyone else.

Kara - Camp Rock, huh? Nope, we haven't seen that one yet. But hey, HSM 3 Senior Year is coming out AT THE THEATRES *squeal* Actually, here's a confession. I love the HSM movies:eek: Sophie isn't so much into the star thing. She likes Miley/Hannah but not gaga or anything. We don't have TV at our house, so she doesn't really get to watch anything like that unless it's a DVD. I hope the Camp Rock soundtrack loses its lustre soon for your sake!

Robin - have a faboo time!

Shannon - you did 6? Instead of 8? I'm shocked!

Peggie - how are things in the world of semen and blood today? Your job sounds truly fascinating.

All right, back to work.

Oh Shellers, if you only KNEW how super-stylin I was, you'd be positively GREEN. GREEN I tell you. I often dance around with the edges in hand, swinging from side to side singing, "I feel prettyyyyy... oh so prettyyyyyy"

It's truly the lead collar that brings that baby home, though.

Ya'll stop making me laugh; it makes my butt hurt. No really. I ended up doing Circuit Zone today and now my butt is so sore that even laughing hurts.

I'm busy busy busy cleaning and packing--I'm terrible at packing so I have to pack and re-pack a few times. I'm worse than usual considering it's been so long since I traveled. It's only a weekend!

Hope to bbl to catch up on personals, but I am popping on from time to time and reading your posts.
