***MELTERS do lunch-Wednesday***

Wait...are Tneah and Leanne lunching today? How fun! I am so jealous! Anyone want to move to Tennessee??? We have country music and stuff... I can't wait to see pics! :) Have fun, you two! :)

Leanne -- I had never heard of Figleaves, but I just went there, and I would like one of the "just arrived" items from the lower right on the home page (the very hot male undies model).}(

Kara -- YEA!!! WELCOME BACK! Go get signed up on Lainie's forum site so you won't miss a single Marvelous Melty Moment. :) (that was cheesy) When you get settled, tell us all about your trip!

Kristi - No, that's only Tneah's nickname for him. His name is Kim Oddo. ;) I only mentioned the Isagenix because Tneah mentioned Mr Trainer's wife sold it. I did it as a "favor" to a friend when she started selling it. I texted her frequently and said, "I thought you were my friend." It was grueling. And icky. :7

Tneah - I was so involved in answering your questions, I didn't manage to get in how sorry I am you got kicked in the ribs! :( Yes, it's obvious DH is under a lot of stress.

Leanne - I've had bloodwoork done fairly recently, but maybe I should go have more taken. I just really hate it. :( Hugs for today!! You will have so much fun, and yes - you'll chillax. ;) I'll have to check out figleaves.

KARA!!! WELCOME BACK!!! Take a peek at Lainie's forum she set up for us. Scroll up a bit and she lists the actual URL.

Hey all,

Wanted to welcome Kara back!:) Hi Kara darling, we missed you!!Don't worry, Lainie bug has made up a forum for us on her blog, a check-in, I am sure she will post the link again..I have it bookmarked. So we will still have our daily (or in my case hourly) checkins.:)

Kristi, omg, I know what do I wear?? :) That is so funny you mentioned that cause when I was perusing my closet I thought how you guys would totally understand the wardrobe thing.;) I am gonna wear whatever makes me look skinniest of course.}( Lately, that seems to be my workout clothes, is that weird? I actually feel my best body wise in my workout garb. Oh, his name isn't Mr. Trainer man, that is what I called him. His name is Kim Oddo. Or "Kimbo" to the "insiders". I never felt like an insider though, so I just called him "Kim" when I talked to him. Oh and get this, the fitness girls he trains are called "Odddo's Angels". Gag. But you should see these girls, yowza.

BG, that would be one big ole' HE** no! On the Isagenix. I am crazy, but not that crazy. I wouldn't last an hour. I have never understood "fasting", I mean whatever you lose you gain as soon as you eat again.

Leanne! Yippee, so will see you at 1pm, come hungry, cause I'll be ready to chow.:9 I love Nordstrom's and could always use a new pair of workout pants and of course tops. OMG, I just ordered from Figleaves! Great minds think alike, wait, was it figleaves or bare nessisities--I totally spelled that wrong...see you soon chica! I am bringing my camera, so we will bug other shoppers to take our picture kay? Yeah about BIL!:7 Oh, and I will be the one with the frizzed out hair! I simply cannot tussle with the wind and humidity here on the water, I swear, I haven't a clue what to do with the do', even a ponytail looks fuzzy.:p Oh, and DH told me last night he is going to SLC today (I have to take him to the airport at 4pm), but thats cool, it still gives us time to have fun!:7

Hey Tneah - we were posting at the same time! Just popped back in to wave at you, and say no matter what you wear, you'll both be fabulous!!! I stress over wardrobe, too. It's only because I have nothing else to stress about of course. ;)

HAVE BIG HUGE FUN!!!!! :7 :7

Okay, I'm actually going to leave this house and do a few errands. Really.

HOOORAYY!! Kara's back!! We've missed you!! I thought you wouldn't be getting back until this coming weekend, so it's especially a wonderful treat that you're here. I'm so glad that you survived the time with the in-laws! Let us know all about your trip -- and the state of your house! -- when you have time!

Allie -- Hope your day is going well, sweetie! :)

Kristi -- I'll take one of those hunky models, too. ;-) I just ordered a cute set of PJ's for the RT and a nightie for our anniversary next week . . . which hopefully I'll get to wear (provided that BIL will give us some privacy)! (Was that TMI?!)

Tneah -- Oh, sweetie! Don't stress about what to wear! Remember that we're just going to have fun!! Oh, you're totally an Odddo's Angels! What did you end up ordering from Figleaves? And don't sweat it about having to take Mitch to the airport later on; that'll still give us plenty of time to have fun! Since you'll be bringing your camera, I may not bring mine since it doesn't fit in my purse. :-(

Breckie -- Blood work sucks, but maybe you should head back to your Dr. and get more of a workup done. That lack of energy worries me! :-(

Whoo hoo! The forums are still up.

Tneah, we must have been posting at the same time. Sorry about Mitch's nightmare. That's what he gets for being mean to you. I'm with you on the fasting/cleansing thing. Um? NO! I feel like I should fast, for religious reasons. (The Bible says "when you fast.." not "if you fast...") but I would feel like I was doing it for weight loss, rather than any worshipful purpose. I don't feel right about doing it then. You know what I mean? Have fun, fun, fun at lunch. And don't worry about what to wear. (Yeah, right) You will both look gorgeous.

Leanne, yay for BIL's job and apartment hunting. Hopefully, it will all turn out to be great. You have fun today too!

Kara, welcome home. Glad to hear you survived. Any stories}( ?

Kristi, wow, a wine shopping tour of Chile? How cool is that. Someday I hope to get to California for wine shopping. Unfortunately, Pennsylvania is a terrible place to live if you like wine. All our wine sales are governed by the state. We can't receive wine in the mail. I look at all the wine clubs and drool. I can never find any of the wines mentioned in food magazines. And talk about high prices?!

Back to work I go. Hi Allie. See you later, I hope.

Here I am, eating lunch and doing melty personals~

Deb - hearing your stories is making my glad I got my pooches when they were a bit older!

Robin - I don't mind B&Bs but it all depends on the other guests, really! Chris would hate it. He's an anti-social bugger, that one.

Peggie - your workouts are always crazy!

Lainie - OMG I hate when my morning routine is disrupted! I get even more out of sorts than I normally am, and that's saying something! Thanks again for starting up a forum so we can keep in touch!

BG - enjoy your time wasting today! That Isagenix stuff sounds vile! I couldn't do that to myself. Thanks for the coffee and whipped cream. I don't actually drink coffee, but I ate the cream off the top ;)

Shannon - a new car! Yay! Does your hip flexor do that often? I mean, I know it troubles you sometimes, but does it normally wake you up?

Tneah - that's kind of sweet about DH asking you to sleep closer! In our house, I'm the one with nightmares. Usually about Chris blatantly cheating on me and laughing in my face about it, but sometimes far more sinister and disturbing.

Kristi - at least the dog is a small one, right? Do your DDs like having the dog around?

Leanne - I'm celebrating for you over here about BIL's job! Sounds great! I hope he can stick with it. Maybe this ordeal will be over sooner than you thought!

Kara - YAY you're back! We sure missed you! Can't wait to hear all the stories.

Linda, oh Linda!! - where didja go, chica?

Robin -- BG did the wine tour of Chile; DH & I were in Portland. I'm sure the wine in Portland is similar to what you got in Washington. That's a bummer that you can't get wine sent to you. It was that way in Tx. until just a few years ago. I agree with you on fasting for spiritual reasons -- I'd like to, but I fear my mind would be on the weight loss aspect. For the last two years, our family (DH, me, & both DDs) have fasted for about 36 hours the day before Thanksgiving. It helps us to prepare ourselves to truly be thankful for all that we have. We always go to the movie that afternoon b/c we tend to get pretty loopy at that point, and the movie helps take our minds off of it. It's an interesting experience.

Hi, Shelley -- glad to see you! The DDs do like the dog, but they won't be here the next 3 days. Thank goodness they will be here the 3 weeks in August, and my dad is going to pay them for petsitting, so they have an incentive to actually take care of it and not just play with it while leaving the actual care to me. :)

I must go work out!

I want to be down in SD enjoying an afternoon with Leanne and Tneah. x( And I'm impatient to know how it goes. :7

Tneah - Whew - I hope DH feels better. Is he under a lot of stress lately? I hope those nightmares don't happen often.

Kristi - I like Imax 3, once it gets past that awful Michael Jackson song. So, what did you decide - was it fun or not fun? Sorry to hear about your canine company. I'm not a fan of little dogs either.

BG - the hip flexor just irritates me every so often. I know a few things that can get it going, but I'm not totally sure what started it this time. I can't even imagine doing the Isagenix thing. Blech! You need to throw the rest of it out.

Leanne - I'm soooo glad things are moving right along with BIL. It sounds like he might be gone sooner than anyone hoped!!

Kara - we've missed you!!!

Allie - HI!! :7

Shelley - yes, it seems that if the hip flexor is going to bother me, it's going to start at night. x( It wakes me up every time.

Yo, I’m back. I did KPC and burned almost 600 calories. It was actually my obliques that ached the most during the workout. But now my shoulders are aching after using them for two days. Ouch.

Now I’m watching a creepy movie on Lifetime with Meredith Baxter Birney. I love crappy creepy TV movies. :D The boys are playing nicely upstairs; I wouldn’t watch if they were in the room.

Breckie, I hope you can get back in your workout groove. I was out of mine for quite a while and the last couple weeks I finally feel like I’m sliding back in. I’ve also struggled with fatigue a lot. I recently changed a prescription dosage to see if it makes me less sleepy. I’m still tired, but I’ve managed to get my workouts in better, at least. It helps that I know that Aug. RT is not far away so I need to get better prepared for that. Anyway, yep, must be that little bit of J that makes us cranky about someone messing up our routine. I am of course enough P that I can go with the flow, but it’s easier to go with the flow if it’s me changing the routine as opposed to someone else doing it (if that makes sense). Oh, and I thought of you as I jabbed-crossed-hooked-uppered-popped-popped-and-ducked today. :D

Shannon, well, DH is generally working on his laptop while in front of the TV in the morning. And I am not in a mood to visit in the morning myself. Luckily we get plenty of together time in the evenings after the kiddos go to bed. I also do a lot of bra shopping at Kohl’s (or sometimes Macy’s).

Tneah, sorry about DH’s nightmare with a kick! In our house, I’m the one who has the nightmares and slaps or kicks out in the night. Enjoy your lunch with Leanne today; I’m so jealous!

Kristi, yep, I don’t indicate to DH that he’s in my way; I just try to stay busy waiting for him to leave and try to refrain from pushing him out the door. :p Imax 3 is my favorite of the Imaxes, but I really prefer steady state step—probably because I am just not strong enough for those intervals! I like the more complex step of Imax 3, though.

Robin, I’m looking forward to seeing what I can do with the website changes as well.

Leanne, yep, got that RT email this morning about the forums. I wonder when the website will go down and if we’ll get a last warning or if it will just disappear all of a sudden. Hmm.

Kara, so glad to have you back and I’m glad you got back in time to find my forum so you can stay in touch with us.

Allie, hope you can hop back by later (now I’m picturing you hopping, which I can do after seeing you crazy-stepping in Tracey’s workouts! :p)

Shelley, you’re welcome for my little forum—it was really easy to set up.

Shelley, that is a horrid nightmare! You poor baby.Yeah, I have forgiven DH, the one thing I like about myself is I do not stay mad for long, life is too short...and despite his lack of tactfulness, I really do have one of the "good ones".:)

Leanne, I didn't worry about wardrobe that much til Kristi mentioned it.;) Thanks Kristi...:7 love ya! Well, okay, I worried a little bit maybe, but then again, I always do. I am the type to "set out" on outfit the night before. See ya soon!:)

Ok, I just did a long arse cardio workout, the tag team itrain, I really like it. Time to shower...

You ladies are sooo cute! Just did my KB Cardio Extreme workout -- and I'm drenched in sweat! Kara, thanks soooo much for recommending that one -- I LOVE it! }( I'm sipping my smoothie and am about to hop in the shower so I can meet Tneah! Woo hoo!

I'm gonna leave really early b/c the Del Mar horse races start today, and there could be mucho traffic when I drive by there. I'll see you in a bit Tneah . . . and I'll get back for personals with the rest of you lovely ladies this afternoon! :)

Oops! Sorry BG and Kristi. We need to get together somewhere for a winey melty party!

Kristi, we used to be youth leaders at church and did the 32 hour fast with the kids a couple times. We had a small group, so invited them over to our house for an overnight. We'd have Bible study in the morning, watch the World Vision video, then go do something fun for the rest of the day, followed by a nice dinner out. The first time we did it, we took the kids to Hershey for the fun part. We all went to ChocolateWorld. Not a good idea when you are fasting. Especially when the tour ends up in a huge gift shop. We bought a ton of chocolate in anticipation of finishing the fast that evening. For dinner, we went to Chi Chi's. When we told the manager to please hurry, we were fasting, he treated the group to appetizers.

Oh boy, time to go home. Think PP is on tap for this afternoon. Later, here or at Lainie's place.

Hi all. Back from home, after doing Push/Pull.

I just got an email from the friends we will be visiting in NC in August. She is running in a 5K in Kitty Hawk and wanted to know if we wanted to join her. There is some confusion about the date. If it is Sat, I'm in. If it is Sun. we will be on our way home. I'm torn. I haven't run since January and have never been in a 5K. Yikes! Time to go start dinner. I'm looking forward to the Luncheon Report.

Hey all,

Just walked in the door, and only have a moment, but just wanted to say that Tneah is even more GORGEOUS and FABULOUS in person! Seriously, she is such a doll, and we had a blast! We even took pictures in the workout department at Nordstrom -- I'll get mine posted later on tonight. We passed on all the Melty {{{HUGS}}}!

Gotta run, but I'll BBL! Love and hugs to all!

Here we are!:7 I am happy to report that our lovely Leanne is just as lovely and more (and boy, is this chica tiny! I felt like an amazon next to her) in person then here on our melty thread.:) I love her, we had a blast, we just talked and talked about Cathe of course, and about how much we love you guys too!...We had a yummy lunch too, I had the salmon salad, Leanne had a berry/chicken type salad...
I am overwhelmed still, this was a big step for me, getting out of my little world, even DH was proud!

Hi Leanne! I am so excited I forgot if I said thank you for lunch?? I think I did, oh dear, already starting out with bad manners, I had so much fun, just talking! You are just such a wonderful woman. Like I said we broke the ice, now lets get together when we feel the urge, exercise class, the workout clothes shopping, anything! You are so awesome.:7

Kristi, oh hush darlin', you are so cute, you simply understand that the outfit is of the upmost importance, plus I am always babbling on about what I am wearing, etc....I am such a clothes whore.:+

Robin, go for it! You can do it!
