I'm 6 weeks postpartum and working hard to lose 10 lbs so I can fit into my Levi's.
This is what I have planned for this week:
Sun: Rhytmic Step + 100 crunches (100 traditional + 100 obliques)
Mon: Imax 3 + 100 crunches
Tue: Body Max
Wed: Extreme Intervals + Cardio Party 2
Thurs: Kickbox + Ab Jam
Fri: Viper + 100 crunches
Sat: Low Max or Hardcore Extreme Choice
Anyone want to join me?
Sunny, how are you doing? Are the inches (and wt) just flying off? I am firming up quite nicely. I lost 1/2 inch of abdominals & thighs this past week; however I did not lose any weight yet. My jeans are fitting nicer too. Hopefully by end of next week I can walk around in them.
