WOW! Mega Step Blast just kicked my booty. I can not believe how hard it was. I barely made it through. I did it on a 8" step. Does anyone else find this workout unusually challenging?
Happy Holidays Everyone.

Which one is Mega Step Blast? I'm going to have to try that one now! Glad you got a good workout from it!

It is a older workout on VHS. There is a big cast in it and that makes it fun also. I am still tired from it. Peggy

Bummer. I don't have any of those older VHS ones. They should re-release these as DVDs or digital downloads!

I have this workout on VHS and love it -- I, too, wish that they would release it on DVD. I've been working out with Cathe for over 20 years - most of her earlier workouts were on VHS (I had them all!) One year I took my Christmas bonus and replaced all of my VHS workouts (that I could) and ordered the DVDs from Cathe. Unfortunately Mega Step Blast wasn't one of the work outs (she had put several on the "Classics" DVD, but not this one). I was very disappointed. Maybe she will reconsider and put it out on DVD!

I truly love StepMax, StepWorks, PowerMax & StepFit. I love all the different steps in them and I like how Cathe incorporated enough jumps to make them challenging. I also love the length. Even though they are long, they are very doable for me. I am still trying to figure out why Mega Step Blast was so hard for me yesterday. I am wondering if it is all the step up and downs in it. I am 5'4" and used a 8" step and I noticed right away my legs were getting tired. 20 years is a long time to be working out to Cathe. That is awesome!!! Peggy
