Mega Step Blast Revisited

I did Mega Step Blast tonight and had so much fun! I love the music and the choreography is super for individuals new to Cathe's workouts.

I wish this workout were available on DVD as I love doing it when I don't want to go too hard, but not baby myself either.

Does anybody else love Mega Step Blast?

I love it when Cathe says, "Make Your Body Look Hot" -- of course I love a lot of the things Cathe says!

I like MSB, too. The bun-blasting segment at the end is the precurser to the IMAXes. I don't do this workout very often, but it's always a nice change when I do bring it out and dust it off.

So happy you posted this.... just got the last DVds & Vids of Cathe I didnt have to complete library... Cardio Hits DVD, & Mega Step Blast.. Now I'm really looking forward to doing it this weekend.

Oh I love Mega Step Blast..... I thought the same thing Sandra did, precursor to the IMAX's, especially #2 with that last blast.

Thanks for the comment on Katie. We think she's a keeper Clean up was not easy, but we managed it. A full bath was required.
