Medicine ball for Boot Camp and Muscle Endurance

Can somebody give me an idea of what weight medicine ball/s I should use for Boot Camp and Muscle Endurance?

I am an intermediate to advanced exerciser, female.

Any advice would be appreciated. :)
 
I would say a 6 or 8 pound ball would work. I'm thinking a 10 pound one would be a little too heavy.
By the way, it's great to have another vegan on the boards! Welcome!! :)

I use an 8 lb. ball. If I ever feel it is too light, I concentrate extra hard on form and make sure there is zero momentum working in my favor.

I usually use an 8 or 10 pound med ball. It depends on how I feel that day. You would probably be fine with an 8 lb. ball.
