Me :-)

I've responded to a few of you via email, but I wanted to say thank you to all of you who have said such nice things to me!!

I got sick with the flu week before last and kind of fell off the wagon this past week, I am very human :) (and I love food) so I'm trying to get my stuff together before I regress!! Off to workout. . .

You look amazing! Congradulations on your weight loss! I wanted to know what your current routine is now? Do you do more weights than cardio or do you split them equally?

I do cardio and weights about equally. I try to get at least three days of cardio in and I get 3 days of weight training also. If I do more of anything it's generally weight training because I do not love cardio -- but generally it's 3 and 3.

Maggie, I've come to realize we can pretty much do whatever we decide to do!! Enjoy your pregnancy and KNOW that you will have no issues losing the weight when its over! Congratulations! :)

What an amazing transformation! I truly am inspired! Can you give me an idea of your favorite bkfst, lunch, dinner, and snack? I'm trying to get an idea of what "clean eating" is. Thanks. I'm a 38 yr old mom of 5 with at least 30 pounds to lose and NO energy. I want to get healthy and strong, and I've been surfin' the net for motivation. Your pics were truly what I was hoping to see, thanks for sharing.
