Good Morning everyone,
I was just checking out the rotation site and saw this one.It looks pretty good considering that I am all over the place with my workouts.I just do whatever I feel like.
I know that May is almost over and June's rotation will soon be out but I think that I am going to try this rotation.As anyone else tried it? Some workouts that I may not be in the mood to do I will substitute.Like....it takes all of my energy to convince myself to do MIC, then by the time I get started I have no energy left
So, I could always sub that for a long run.....anyway,I just wanted to know if anyone else is do'in it and are you getting any results?
