Mays Fitness Rotation

Good Morning everyone,
I was just checking out the rotation site and saw this one.It looks pretty good considering that I am all over the place with my workouts.I just do whatever I feel like.
I know that May is almost over and June's rotation will soon be out but I think that I am going to try this rotation.As anyone else tried it? Some workouts that I may not be in the mood to do I will substitute.Like....it takes all of my energy to convince myself to do MIC, then by the time I get started I have no energy left:p So, I could always sub that for a long run.....anyway,I just wanted to know if anyone else is do'in it and are you getting any results?

Hey Lori-I am doing this rotaion ..but i just started it last week.I thought it would be good cause i tend to put workouts like mic on the shelf longer-especially with all the new ones!I have really enjoyed the variety so far-I have been sore too!

HI! There are several of us doing the May rotation and this week we have been adding on to the 5/12/ check in!

I'm like you. If you read my posts on the check in's I have tweaked the May roation quite a bit! I am having a lot of fun with this roation!

I'm doing the May rotation. It's just what I needed -- variety! I like the fact that it seems to have different "themes" each week with just the right amount of cardio. I lost the last 3lbs I've been trying to lose with this one and May isn't over yet! :)
 
Hi all! This is my 3rd week into the May rotation and this week my schedule is:

Mon: Power Circuit
Tues: Leaner Legs
Wed: 10-10-10
Thurs:All Step
Fri: Kickbox
Sat: Step & Intervals

Got sick last week, so was only able to workout Mon. and Tues.
