Hi and thanks to any all that take the time to give me some input.
Okay, currently my workout room is in an upstairs bedroom that is over our den. I picked this room over the basement because I didn't want to workout on concrete (I know I could fix this problem),I was afraid of possible water damage to my things...think 32' tv!... and finally because of sometimes sighting 'furry critters' (currently working on this problem).
This issue is doing high impact up there. DH says I make some noise and actually came up there once to see what I was doing...one of Cathe's Kickboxing vids
... I know that at my weight (147 currently) I surely ain't gonna come thru the ceiling. Right?:-(
I do sometimes make the ceiling fan downstairs vibrate a little
I guess I'm looking for someone to agree with me that if there was a danger of doing damage to my house, the house is in pretty bad shape and oughta be condemned anyway...right?
But the house is not in bad shape. The upstairs boards creak in places but thats all.
Okay, I'm done. Again, thanks for any input.
