May rotation-stretching

Hi Cathe! I was just wondering, in this months rotation, you have a day for a stretching workout for 30-60 minutes. Is a 'stretching workout' different from the stretches you do at the end of workout as a cool down?

Hi Susan! My cool down stretches are stretches that I would extend and hold longer for a 30 plus stretch program. Also, yoga, pilates, or hybrids of the two are fairly different from the stretches I have after my workouts. Since the whole month includes stretching you may want to look into a few of these workouts for variety. You can also do a few of my stretch segments back to back if you like but I think you may want a bit more variety by the months end. Just a suggestion :)
