May 07' Rotation

Hi Cathe,

Thanks for a great rotation. This is my first one and I am loving it so far. Almost finished the first week.
Could you please help me with a few substitutions though? I don't have Supersets/push and pull, Bootcamp/Muscle Endurance, muscle max or the pyramids. I have everything else on the rotation though. Thanks again cathe, you're the greatest.

This is what Cathe suggested to me for as a sub for supersets/push pull. I pasted it in from the first page of this thread:

Try Body Max 2 "Double Upper Body" Premix or Muscle Max's "Upper Body Only" Premix in place of Supersets/Push Pull Premix.

This is my first Cathe rotation and I am loving it! I never realized all the great premixes available on each DVD! Thanks Cathe! I can't wait to see June's rotation!
