MIC is definitely a calorie burner. Even though it is dated, it gets the job done! RS is a must have, one of my favorite step workouts. IMAX is also a tough one. I agree with one of the posters above, not as tough as IMAX3 but tougher than IMAX2.
One observation about MIC I make - keep an eye on the woman to the right of Cathe (as you face the TV - the young woman with the black hair). She looks like I feel by the end of the hi/lo segment and she looks the same way by the time we get to the blast at the end of the step workout! I can so relate!! I'm not smiling either!!!
