Marcy,

I saw on another thread in this forum that you have some kind of compendium that, as best I can tell, lists what exercises are included in the pre-mixes.

Is this something that could be posted and pinned on the forum? I'd love to have a copy, but it looked like you were getting deluged with requests and I don't want to overwhelm you.

Not Marcy... but the compendium is 32 pages long and in done in Microsoft Word. Not sure how they would go about posting it. A forum member, Becky (aka Lunacat) put it together. If you'd like a copy, PM or post your email address and I'll send it to you.

I just wanted to clarify, so no one would be confused, that although the Compedium has a wealth of information, it does not "list what exercises are included in the pre-mixes". It does group the pre-mixes so you have all your options together for Weights only (Full body, Upper body, Lower body, Core), Cardio and Weights, Cardio (Kickbox, Step, Intervals, Combo hi/lo step, Hi/lo, Circuit). And lists times for each. It does not list individual exercises of the premixes.

I had posted this last night and am hoping one of you can help me.

I think Lunacat created the original. Does someone have an updated version with the latest DVD's added? I veiw this document as my Cathe Bible. My version is from March 2005
