Thanks for posting 3 different rotations. Can you explain what muscle endurance means and what it will do for me? I'm new to your videos and have not seen this kind of rotation before. I absolutely love the videos. They are just what I needed.

Yayyyyyyyyyyyyy.........I couldn't wait for this!!!

I do have a few questions though if someone could help me with the answers.

I can't do high impact so HC Extreme and IMAX 3 are the only ones I didn't buy. For Kickmax during the high impact I jump on my rebounder and do that section there. If I want to do the 3rd rotation are there any substitutions for IMAX 3 if I don't have any of the IMAXs??? What about Extreme......any suggestions? Or, can I just do LowMax again?

And secondly.......If I do the first rotation and have 20-25 lbs. to lose.....won't I still lose weight? That also seems like a tough rotation.

Thanks in advance for any help!!

Hi Kathy Muscle Endurance is a high rep low weight type of lifing where Strength is buiding muscle as to go heavy on weights and less rep.

Thanks, Cathe! I'm having so much fun with these workouts. I've been doing the Strength Building routine on my own already. Today I did GS Legs...what a great workout. Yesterday I did most of Lowmax. Tomorrow I'm either doing IMAX 3 or Kick Max or one of my favorite tapes-Kick, Punch and Crunch. It will depend how my legs feel after today! Thanks for all your great tapes!

I think the key is intensity, not impact. So sub a low impact interval workout. I'm going to do a Spinerval or spin class.

It does look tough! Many people think that lifting heavier weights is the key to weight loss anyhow. The 3rd & 4th week of the fat loss rotation actually looks a bit light on wt training at first glance. I suspect that if you're consistent & careful about what's going on in the kitchen, you're going to like any of the rotations.

Hope that helps.

RE: Hi Stephanie

Debra,

TY sooooooo much for explaining....maybe I can just do an intense rebounding session or LowMax again......since I absolutely love that workout.

And, as far as your second comment about rotation #3.....makes sense about watching in the kitchen. I think this is the rotation I'm going to start off with.

I absolutely am loving this series and can't wait to work hard and get results!!

TY again, Debra!
