Hi Everyone! This month's rotation mixes some old and new workouts to accomplish the goal of burning fat and calories, conditioning the heart, and developing muscle strength and endurance.
In addition, eat clean, drink well, and work hard.

WEEK ONE

Mon: Low Max
Tues: Body Max 2
Wed: Low Impact Step plus Ab Hits Premix of choice
Thurs: Pyramid Upper Body
Fri: Imax
Sat: Pyramid Lower Body Plus Seg 1 Core Max
Sun: Off



WEEK TWO
Mon: 45 minute steady state run plus core Max Seg. #2
Tues: Butts and Guts
Wed: Pyramid Upper Body
Thurs: Kick Punch and Crunch
Fri: Max Intensity Cardio
Sat: Pyramid Lower Body
Sun: Off




WEEK THREE
Mon: Imax 2
Tues: PS Legs and Abs
Wed: PS Chest Shoulder and Triceps
Thurs: Steady State Run for 45 minutes plus Core Max Seg #3
Fri: PS Back and Bi and Abs plus 4DS Boot Camp cardio only
Sat: Kick Max
Sun: Off


WEEK FOUR:
Mon: Imax #3
Tues: PS Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Wed: PS Legs and Abs plus 20 minute steady state run
Thurs: 4DS Kickbox (cardio and abs only)
Fri: 4DS (Higher AND Lower Intensity Step ..in that order) Cardio only
Sat: PS Back, Bi and Abs
Sun: Off

Thanks Cathe! I've been debating whether to do PUB/PLB or PS this coming month and now you've settled my dilemma :7 !
 
Hi Cathe and crew,

Thank you very much for the rotation idea. I was just making my plans for the month and had Low Max scheduled for tomorrow. This will fit right in with what I am doing right now.
 
Hi Cathe or anyone of you Catheites,

I was wondering what could be substituted for the running segments in this rotation. I really hate running. I don't have a treadmill and don't belong to a gym. I live in the midwest, and it's been snowing forever, or what seems like forever, so running outside is really not an option.

I really love your workouts and rotations, Cathe. Thank you.

Any steady state cardio should work. Like the step workouts from Cardio Hits or the Classics or Rhythmic Step (I love step, so those are the only ones I can think of!!) :)

Hi Kris, Like April stated, I too usually just do one of
Cathe's Step Workout's to sustitute for running.
I live in the midwest too, and it is snowing so much today all day.
(Illinois)}( burrrrrrr. Time to shovel.;-) YIKES
