Hi everyone!!

Checking in today with a sub of the run that is on the rotation. I did the segment 3 of coremax and then did Amy Bento's Hi/Lo Xtreme..

Kathy, are you doing Cathe's March rotation? Is segment 3 of coremax the one with the medicine ball? I did that one, too! I'm doing Amy's Slo/Mo again this week. Today was the Back and Shoulders premix. Tomorrow I may do Imax2. I need some good cardio!

Thanks for the recipe. Sounds good. We went to my parents for corned beef and cabbage. I didn't eat too much of the corned beef, but she also made this awesome pistachio cake. Yum! Had to have some of that.

I did send an email to SNM about my HIS/LIS DVD and they said they would send me a replacement disk. I just sent another about the BC/KB DVD - I hope they'll replace that too. I noticed the back of both disks are really scratched up. They must have been damaged when I got them.

Hey Girls!!

I just finished up a run at the park for 50 Minutes and then came home and did Coremax, but did segment #2 with the Stability Ball. The snow is really starting to go away at the park, so I ran in the field more. Better on my knees and ankles. But I definitely felt better with this run than my 1st 2 weeks ago!

I was really tempted to try Amy Bento, some of the slo/mo and then her cardio stuff, but I did spend a bundle on STS, so I'm going to be patient for the weight stuff. They sound like great workouts though!

SNM is great! So glad they're replacing the DVDs Joanne! Weird that they're both scratched up. Maybe they came loose in the package during mailing?

Off to do some "cleaning". I have to start, we're having dinner for 17 on Easter Sunday, and then I have to go into work for 7pm that night .... Oh MY!!

Wow Chris!! You are going to have a big Easter Sunday!! Good luck...We are going to have a quiet Easter just the 4 of us.


Joanne: Yes, I am following the March rotation...The third segment of coremax does use the medicine ball and some on the stability...I have been enjoying trying some of Amy's workouts. She is similar to Cathe. The one I did today was great; some of the music sounded like some that Cathe has used. Love it!!
