Hey Girls!!
I just finished up a run at the park for 50 Minutes and then came home and did Coremax, but did segment #2 with the Stability Ball. The snow is really starting to go away at the park, so I ran in the field more. Better on my knees and ankles. But I definitely felt better with this run than my 1st 2 weeks ago!
I was really tempted to try Amy Bento, some of the slo/mo and then her cardio stuff, but I did spend a bundle on STS, so I'm going to be patient for the weight stuff. They sound like great workouts though!
SNM is great! So glad they're replacing the DVDs Joanne! Weird that they're both scratched up. Maybe they came loose in the package during mailing?
Off to do some "cleaning". I have to start, we're having dinner for 17 on Easter Sunday, and then I have to go into work for 7pm that night .... Oh MY!!
