Wow!! December is upon us so with only one more page turn on the calendar before the 2011 arrives I think it is time to map out some new fitness goals!
I'm glad I'm starting a little earlier than ususal this year as I really need to give this some thought...will I run my first full marathon now that I have three half's under my belt? Will I aim for a personal best on 5k's? Will I give the Martial Arts a try? Will I cycle through a new dvd series??
So many exciting choices...not about what the new year "brings"...but what I will go out there and make happen!!
Would love to hear what some of you are mapping out for yourselves!!
