A while back, I asked for some alternate exercises for dead lifts, and the hamstring roll with the stability ball is the one I'm going to go with, I did this today, wow, could definitely feel them, thanks for all the responses!!
Oh, yes...I always take good advice, and that advice was great, I actually printed out pictures of the exercise, those were tough!! It took a few just to get used to the movement. Absolutely zero low back pain!! And my legs are screaming, in a good way!
