I love CTX but rarely do the series as is because there's a lot of high impact/stepping back to back. Anyone else like to see another version of this style with mostly low (or lower) impact cardio options?
This is something I'd be totally interested in. Due to a back injury, high impact is out for me, so I've had to stop doing most of Cathe's cardio. She does such a great job with lower impact, that a lower impact CTX would be awesome!
I'd love a low impact but intense cross training series from Cathe. She could do step, low impact aerobics, kickboxing.....and intense weight training.
