i have problem with my legs, glutes and buttock areas. I have started, 2 weeks ago, doing Kick Max 5 times a week, and Hardcore series: gym style legs, 2 times a week. Is it a true and good way for me? Do you have any suggestions?
That is a good start but make sure you are doing cardio at least 5 times a week to burn the fat and also make sure to switch up the exercises you do to keep the muscles guessing. Hope this is some help.
