I was so excited about working out tonight. I haven't been able to work out for a couple of days, and my last lower body workout was a bit of a downer (I've had some "issues" this week that have kept me from exercising like I want).
So, on the way home I started thinking about what I wanted to do tonight. I decided to warm up with Lower Body Sculpt, then do the Glutes from Legs & Glutes, then Pyramid Lower Body. (Well, I didn't do the glutes from Legs & Glutes -- I had the PLB tape in by accident so I just decided to go with that one.) I got such an amazing workout. I definitely didn't push myself because I've been so tired this week, but I enjoyed combining these workouts so much that I decided to combine PUB with a segment or two of S&H Bi's and Tri's tomorrow. Then, on Sunday, I'll round everything out with a nice cardio workout and some abs.
Aaaahhhh! It feels good to be getting back into the swing of things.
