Lower Body Rotation ????

Hi All,

I really want to work my lower body next month, mostly to lose inches in my hips. So 2 ???'s:

Can anyone recommend a rotation that worked for them?

Is there a rotation for lower body that incorporates the new workouts? i.e. 4DS leg work? (which I love:) )

The Legs and Glutes & Body Fat rotation is really good. It dosen't 4Day Split but you could always sub. Debbie (Fitness Freak) has a good Leg Blast rotation too. It dosen't have 4 Day Split either but still you can sub.

I don't know the first two rotations you mention, I will check out the rotations above, but Debbies looks good...
