Hi Ladies,

Last night was a 3 mile run and Leaner Legs. It was great. Leaner Legs is not such a challenge after all this leg work I have been doing. I got a good workout in and it felt great...

Candi, my job has its boring moments too. I am really excited about my supervision job and love it soo far. I want to be a great supervisor.

May I chime in here today? I've read how some of you incorporate walking lunges into your workout program. May I ask where/how you do them? Do you lunge down the street? or go back and forth inside your house? Just curious. Thanks.
 
Morning ;o)

Aw…the weekend is approaching and I’m ready for a nice three day weekend. Last night me and sis had a blast shopping. When we arrived at Parma Town Mall, the food area was closed and the two main stores that I wanted to go to. They lost power on half the mall, that sucked.

I did buy me an outfit tho and a few other things. Still not satisfied with my thighs, still to fat and I could see the cellulite through the pants I tried on. Another 12 weeks and I should be okay. Well, maybe six weeks, providing I continue to work hard.

Tonight, BB Shoulders & Arm and Ab Ripper. If it doesn’t rain, I’m going to the tracks, if it does rain I’m going to do Step Intervals. Happy Thursday ;o)

Hi everyone. Today I am going to do Ultimate Butt, some walking lunges, and some of the Yoga. probably not much though. I just do not care for that tape. Maybe I will use my SS Stretch tape instead.

I am glad everyone is seeing such good results. You are all very inspiring.

I live in Florida and even at 5:30 a.m. it's a little to warm to be doing them outside. I do mine from my exercise room, down my hallway, into the kitchen. I can do 15 one way and I do them back and forth until I reach my goal. When I did 200 yesterday, I rested about a minute after the first 100. I rest about 10 seconds between each 30 also.

My form got a little bad after the first 100 but I figure that will improve with time. They are a killer but I swear my cellulite is disappearing little by little with all this leg work and my legs are looking shaplier. I was thinking the walking lunges being new to me will be a really good shock for my legs and I think I was right.
 
Hi Ladies -

I took it easy this morning and did abs and the first 5 intervals of IMAX2. Tonight I will do some walking lunges (they ARE difficult!). I was doing them in my house - one big loop of the first floor takes about 40. I think tonight I will try them in the backyard and do as many as I can. You girls sound like they are really making a difference for you.

So far I am eating pretty clean. Getting in all the protein is hard though.

Tomorrow is PUB - I am really happy with my upper body so I want to maintain it - and I'll run at lunch.
