Lower Body Blast DVD

Ughhh, After I said I wouldn't order another DVD.... I saw this one on sale today and jumped on it.. without even thinking... my tendonitis in my knees is really bugging me and here I go and order another lower body one.. Stop me!!!!

I didn't search for reviews, but hoping this one is a good one?? Anyone want to chime in?

Rest assured you have made a good purchase decision. I love lower body blast LBB. I too love the Barre segment added. It offers more than what we bargain for.

Contrast training is the method applied in Lbb. An effective way to work legs. I agree, it's really fun.

I always forget about the bonus barre in this one...which, obviously, means she must make another & put the booty blast + bonus barre right on the front cover. lol.

This segment is my favourite barre segment --- short and Sweet
First time I did Turbo barre I said to myself exactly what you quoted above " Got some work to do"
It all about building endurance
