This is probably weird, but my number one fitness goal has been to develop those dimples on the lower back either side of the spine just above the butt. Is there an exercise that's good for that? I've read some things that claim that those dimples are genetic -- well, my two kids have them, so I hope maybe I have some hope of having them too. Deadlifts? Supermans? What does it take? I just want to HAVE them.
