RE: Low Max on a 6
I have come to realize that higher step does not equal higher intensity.
I have bumped almost everything I do step-wise to 6 inches with a few exceptions.
I feel better, safer, and feel just as, if not more challenged on a 6 in step.
The use of an 8 inch step always made me overly cautious, thereby making my workouts less enjoyable.
I can't stand to do Body Max 2 on an 8 inch riser. When I use a 6 inch riser, I feel like I get a great cardio workout without all the unnecessary impact on my joints.
