I did this one the other day and really enjoyed it! The choreography was not too complex I got it down pretty well for my first time. Of course I am use to CAthe's cueing etc. I did do it on a 6 in step for my first time out. I will move up to an 8 inch next time. I liked the weight work also. The back was nice and different. You just use bands but I could feel it. Good ab section also. Some of the moves I think you could easily make higher impact for more intensity. I have knee issues so I'll be doing it just as.
I did add the bonus step before the ab section because I wanted more cardio. It's a good one! I'm glad I have it!
