I'm looking to add to my repetoire of low impact high intensity cardio only workouts for my cardio only days. I'm a bit confused about Low Max and Kick Max and am hoping someone here can help.
Is Low Max predominantly a cardio workout? From the description it sounds as though it includes a fair bit of lower body conditioning. How much of Low Max is purely cardio only?
I know Kick Max has a low impact premix but this also sounds like it's just a conditioning workout rather than a purely cardio workout - is this correct?
(I don't like splits and do two days of total body strength/toning, one day of circuit and three days of cardio only)
