Low Max 2

I would love to see another workout similar to Low Max. I also love your Low Impact Step. I've been using them alot lately and would love more of the same. I find the leg drills in Low Max to not only get the heartrate up, but they are also great for the lower body. Also I love the music in Low Max. Very fun to step too. I would love to see more of this style of stepping.

Me, too :D! Low Max, Low Impact Step, and Low Intensity Cardio are much kinder to my knees than most of the workouts :).
 
I'm another vote. Low Max 2!!!

And I LOVE the music in Low Impact Step. I do it when I need a more "relaxed" cardio day - but the music always makes me very peppy!!
 
I would love to see another low impact step routine! As much as I love all the jumping, my body has stopped hinting around and is now demanding that I lower my impact. :( So far, Cathe has the best low impact that I can find - LIC and LM are fabulous, with lots of intensity and fun moves. But of course I always want more!
