Low Impact Workout Without Lunges?

I injured my knee a few months ago, and have been cleared to resume all activities except lunges. I've watched the clips of your Low Impact Series workouts looking for one that isn't lunge-heavy, but they all appear to include a lot of lunge-type movements. Can you recommend one that has the intensity minus the lunges?
 
I am working from memory here, but I own nearly all of Cathe's strength videos, and from what I know all have lunge segments.

One thing you might try is to substitute squats in place of lunges. I am an older exercizer, and not that strong in my lower body, and when I do lo lunges I use a balance stick instead of a bb or db's. If you do squats, try staying with lower poundages until your injury heals. Then work your way up. I hope your injury heals soon!

Lunges are hard. I remember on one older DVD Cathe says that "lungers are like one-legged squats". So true!
