Low Impact Series Question


I was wondering if you could please tell us under what category each workout falls under? I know some of us have been wondering. Thanks! I know that Total Body Triset UB and LB are weight workouts and LIC is cardio. I was wondering about AB, AT, S&G, CS, and Turbo Barre.....


I was kind of surprised to see that Collage ranks Athletic Training and Cycle Max as "Intermediate/Advanced." Slide and Glide is ranked "Intermediate." Only Cycle Max was designated "staff favoite!" Interesting. . . I think they are wrong on their rankings!
