I rarely post suggestions in here, but I did 10-10-10 cardio today and I started thinking about this... Since Cathe has proved that she can do amazing low impact/high intensity workouts, why not do a low impact version of CTX? I would like to see low impact/high intensity cardios with one body part per day, but heavy weight lifting (like PS and GS) and super tough ab workouts. What I would like as opposed to CTX is the length. I think the Xpress of CTX should be changed to Extreme and make the workouts longer (about 70-80 mins long). Of course I would like premixes of all the workouts making them shorter for when I'm short on time so the premixes would make the workout Xpress when someone chooses to do so.
