I love this workout and the music is amazing. Do I need Crossfire as well? Space is a consideration and I don't have the discs(yet).
 
I love, love, love Crossfire, so I'll be the first enabler and say YES you need to get it! It doesn't require a lot of space and you can modify when the discs are used.

I would get the discs ASAP! They bring a whole new demsion to the workout. Afterburn, Slide & Glide, and Cardio Supersets would not be the same without them! They work your core and legs like nothing else.
I added the Disc Tabata bonus to Crossfire today. Felt good.
Get the discs, I promise you won't regret it.
 
LOVE To The Max! Cathe can never retire!!

i just did TTM this evening after work, and i LOOOOOOOOVE this workout!!! the variety of exercises (no boredom factor AT ALL), the music (more hip hop, cathe, pleeeeeeeeeease?), and the INTENSITY!! i did TTM Extreme and it honestly wasn't super hard for me (now, don't mistake me....this is by no means an easy workout), but i've been training super hard with weekly hiit 40/20, all 3 imaxes, intensity, hardcore extreme, etc. for the past several months....i thought it was just the right amount of intensity and the PERFECT workout to break me out of my usual routine. i cannot wait to try CrossFire tomorrow!!!! i also loved the production quality of this workout...the set was great, and i loved the candid and natural camera angles and shots of cathe & crew. and what has jai been up to lately?? she looks amazing...even more cut and lean than usual! the whole crew looked great, actually.
anyway, cathe can just never retire, because i need her workouts like i need oxygen. :) she is truly la creme de la creme.

I loved Crossfire, too; hard to choose just one!
Someone said it was a masterpiece and they both definitely are!
 
I've only done Crossfire...

...and that workout is such a winner on so many levels. The sequence is superb, the information boxes, the music, the way it flies by, the amazing calorie burn I got with it! I see me pairing this with STS (or any of Cathe's weight lifting dvds) in the morning and Crossfire in the evening during the winter months. I would get this one for sure!

Yes, I love To The Max too :eek:. Cathe really knocked this one out of the park :D. The beauty of Crossfire is that you don't need a lot of room, minimal equipment, lots of premixes for busy schedules, and you burn MEGA calories. I say GET IT!!
