You're right it's pyramid upper body that she says that during the down pyramid of biceps. I was doing that workout last week and I definitely felt like I was having an out of body experience. I used to do that workout with 8s, 10s and 15s because I didn't have the 12s. Well I got the 12s for Christmas and then did it with 10s, 12s and 15s and thought I had died. The fact that Cathe looked like she was suffering too enabled me to do the complete sets.
I find it's uncanny how she gives a form pointer just when that part of my form is starting to go off...it's like she can see us working out in our basements. My kids used to think she could see us, probably because I would respond when she asks questions.
