...and the quality of the sound. I just had to say how much better the sound quality is in these DVDs. You can hear the music AND Cathe so well that I wonder if I'll ever use the music louder option.

But I always do the workouts "normal" until I master Cathe's coaching.

I have got to buy the CDs of this workout!

The soundtrack and the choreography flow together so well.
