Love the Low Max!!!!!

I must say, it has been a while since I had done Low Max, but now that it is in this months rotation, I all of a sudden remember how much I love it!!!!!
As I am doing the cycles, I say to myself, "Why did I start this one today." But then when I finish it all up, I realize that I just got the best lower body cardio workout!!!!

That's funny. I did this one today too after not doing this for quite a long time. I had so much fun but my legs were screaming for mercy!
 
I'm keeping a running list of DVDs I'd like to purchase in the future, and Low Max has been moving up in the ranks lately. And that was before seeing this post, which makes the timing funny. (Well, not funny to my husband, who is worried every time I start eyeing another DVD.) :+
 
Holy cow! I did this one about three days ago, after a long break from working out and just fell in love. The break, evidently, helped (I only used the platform, though) because I got lower on my squats than I ever have. It was fun fun fun.
 
I'd give anything if Cathe would come out with a big, fat SERIES of (8, 10.... 16.....) step workouts along the lines of LowMax : No knee-shattering high jumps, athletic but moderately complicated footwork, but seriously heart-challenging). If I only had a whole bunch more workouts like this I could really ramp-up my cardio, which I really need.
