Love the Burn Sets!!!

Hey Cathe!
I cannot thank you enough for the Live Burn Sets workouts! They are exactly what my 51-year-old body was looking for and I am already seeing great results using the heavier weights!
Hoping you can answer a few questions for me...
1. How would you incorporate these into a weekly routine?
2. Is it okay to do a cardio workout on the same day as doing BS?
3. How many days a week would you add in a core workout?

Thanks so much! I've been working out with you since 1995 and just keeping coming back for more!

So glad you’re enjoying Burn sets!! You can do each one of those three each week on non-consecutive days.

You can do cardio on the same day if necessary, however I would put it on the days you’re not doing those workouts just so that you focus more on your strength gains and not pre-fatigue your muscles with cardio.

No more than 1 to 2 core workouts per week at 10 minutes each.
