I just wanted to write to say how much I enjoy the 4 day split workout! Initially, I had trouble learning the choreography (not my strong point anyway), and put the DVD aside. Eventually, I tried all of the segments and found that I loved the music, was able to learn the choreography and make it very intense if I wanted. I especially like the circuit premixes, and found the Bootcamp lower body circuit could be a great killer! Because I need the calorie burn most with a workout, I sometimes repeat the cardio. But this program overall has become one of my favorites! Thank you!!!
