Love the 4-day Split

I just wanted to write to say how much I enjoy the 4 day split workout! Initially, I had trouble learning the choreography (not my strong point anyway), and put the DVD aside. Eventually, I tried all of the segments and found that I loved the music, was able to learn the choreography and make it very intense if I wanted. I especially like the circuit premixes, and found the Bootcamp lower body circuit could be a great killer! Because I need the calorie burn most with a workout, I sometimes repeat the cardio. But this program overall has become one of my favorites! Thank you!!!:)
 
It is great, isn't it? I did the Kickbox Weights First premix last night. What a great overall workout! Now that I'm comfortable with the routine and the punches, I really get a good upper body workout in addition to the legs and weights and abs, too. I hadn't done that particular premix in awhile and forgot how much I enjoyed it. :)

I agree! 4DS has so much to offer! I took me some time to learn the step but now I absolutely love it! And the weight segments are great, I particularly love the upper body premix! At first I wasn't too crazy about kickbox and bootcamp cardio but I did those the other day and was surprised how much I enjoyed it. All in all it's a great program

The Boot Camp cardio is so much fun! I need to practice the Higher Intensity Step Blasts, though.
