cathe i am loving the cardio leg blast dvd. I read somewhere sts has a plyo leg disk and you can buy it without buying the whole program, is this true and how? I have looked on shop.com and i dont see that dvd.. Can you or SNM tell me how to get it?

Not Cathe or SNM but I remember reading on the forums that you can buy this separately as a digital download. At the top of the cathe site click on 'digital downloads'.

Also there are coupons available for downloads too

Thanks.... I dont use digatal downloads .
I like dvd so i can use it on my dvd player in my wo room. I dont have anyroom to exercise where my computer is. Thanks!

I don't use the digital downloads either I broke down and bought the whole STS set when it was a deal of the day plus a coupon and free shipping. And actually just started yesterday.

Well i wondered if i did can i burn it to a dvd? And how? I just think ot seems confusing.

I think I've read where you can burn them to DVD, but I'm not sure what type of software you would need to do that. Maybe Windows Media Player or something similar.
