LOVE,LOVE,LOVE X10 Low Impact

I was going to do just the low impact but I loved it so much, I turned it into the double low impact premix. It's almost like afterburn except no repeating and Cathe keeps you moving fast. The switch kick lunges are easier here because you do a knee up instead of a kick, I kept my balance better this way. You only need 2 discs and 8lbs handweights. My only issue is the draging planks into tri. pushups, only because I suck at the pushups. I can do the draging plants, so I just do more of those instead of the tri. pushups. Another great one Cathe, I cannot wait to try the other X10 workouts.
 
I did the low impact mix and also loved it! I was a sweaty mess and I only did that workout! Next time, doubles for me!! :D
 
I think I'll do the Low Impact Double or Low Impact w/the Circuit segment tomorrow. Thanks for the review! I'll Pledge up my disks tonight, make them nice & slidey! ;)
 
Just finished Double Low Impact and am now a quivering sweaty bowl of Jello :p!!! WOW!!! I had to drop the weights down to 5 pounds the 2nd run through and I just did the dragging part of the dragging plank tricep push-ups. I love the fact that I have challenges ahead of me for a while ;)! Each new Cathe release outdoes the previous ones...I think Cathe REALLY delivered on these new workouts...:eek:
 
I cannot agree with you more Nancy, I have yet to do alot of the premixes. I will never be bored with Cathe's workouts and I think that is what makes her stand out. I don't know about other instructors but the premixes really add an extra something and allows you to have a variety of workouts for days. I just got mine today but that double low impact sound awesome :)
