I was going to do just the low impact but I loved it so much, I turned it into the double low impact premix. It's almost like afterburn except no repeating and Cathe keeps you moving fast. The switch kick lunges are easier here because you do a knee up instead of a kick, I kept my balance better this way. You only need 2 discs and 8lbs handweights. My only issue is the draging planks into tri. pushups, only because I suck at the pushups. I can do the draging plants, so I just do more of those instead of the tri. pushups. Another great one Cathe, I cannot wait to try the other X10 workouts.
