I just want to say a big thank you for LMR. I've been working out with you since around Intensity series, was also a fitness, aerobics and step instructor back in the day, but a few years ago got some real issues with my back. Long story short I was put on physio only exercises daily for 9/10 months before my physio assessed me and advised yoga, pilates and functional fitness late last year. I've been doing LMR ever since its release and considering my back wouldn't even allow me to do a side bend or a sit up a couple of years ago, yesterday while doing LMR total body I was particularly rocking the weighted side bends and loving the feeling. I have done the 2 free downloads that accompany LMR2 and I know I'm going to get a lot out of the new series.
Although my physio exercises were good, I thought I was never going to weight train again, but slowly and carefully by following your considered plan I've managed to make fantastic fitness gains that I had lost entirely. I still have some way to go, but I'm getting there and hopefully, I'll even pack on a bit of lost muscle
