Love Drill Max!!

WOW!! What an amazing workout!! I was pretty surprised I made it all the way through on the first go around, of course I did have to modify at times, but the challenge will be at one point to not have to modify at all.


Who knew a stability ball could be so heavy, I couldn't wait to put that thing down, and the football agility drills....sooooo much fun!!

Something tells me that Cathe may just have a future in fitness someday...;-)

Me too. DM was my Friday workout and it was a good one. I had a light workout week so I wasn't fatigued and really gave it my all. I was nice and sore the next day.

I absolutely LOVE Drill Max,also. I remember when I did it the first time almost one year ago, when Cathe said to repeat the segment three of the ball that she was kidding! Then I realized Cathe has never kidded like that in any of her workouts. I think that one is tough because she does the dive-bombers right before that one.

The football agility drills are the best of the entire workout! I am smiling the whole time and whooping it up. I could do those about three times.

This one is my fav, too. I'm glad she's incorporating drills into the new series and hope she offers future drill-style workouts, as well.
 
I really like DM also. However, I am not crazy about cardio drills 5 or 6. BUT, they are effective, so I will do them. Drill #1 is my FAV!
 
My Favorite Cardio Drill in Drill Max is Drill 4.

My least favorite is Drill 6. It is hard to do well on carpet.
